Is realdollonline.com legit or a scam?
Realdollonline.com is a China based business. The business name was registered in 2020; however, their About Us page states that their “skilled photography team has been creating unique product styles for many well-known doll brands for the past 8 years.” Since the current year is 2024, there is a four-year discrepancy here.

Is realdollonline.com legit or a scam?
This type of ambiguity is not uncommon in the Chinese approach to business. It can be extremely difficult to separate truth from fantasy or outright falsehoods.
Furthermore, their About Us page provides very little meaningful information about the company itself.
The options they offer for their dolls seem more focused on making a sale than on genuinely informing the customer about the features.
For example, they claim that implanted hair on a TPE head is a permanent solution, which is inaccurate. TPE material is not durable enough to support implanted hair indefinitely; over time, the hair will fall out, and the head will need a wig. At least they acknowledge that implanted hair is not compatible with oral functionality, a piece of information that most vendors fail to provide.

Is realdollonline.com legit or a scam?
Like 99.9% of all sex doll vendors, they do not own the inventory for the dolls they list as “In-Stock.” However, they don’t attempt to deceive customers into believing they have warehouses stocked with dolls worldwide. This level of honesty is unusual for a Chinese drop shipper and, frankly, refreshing.
Just when I thought my assumptions might be wrong this time, that perhaps we had a Chinese drop shipper offering accurate information, I visited their Shipping and Delivery page.
Is realdollonline.com legit or a scam?

Unfortunately, the information there is entirely incorrect and should read as follows:
- If you’re lucky enough to purchase a doll that is genuinely immediately available, the delivery time is 5 to 7 days.
- All dolls shipped from China to America and Europe will take about 30 to 35 days to arrive.
- Dolls shipped with pre-paid customs options to Europe will take approximately 60 days to arrive.
These are universal shipping times for all vendors, except for the ones that really have their own inventory.
Their review page also raises questions. First, they have only 21 reviews, which is incredibly low for a website that was created in 2020. They started collecting reviews three years ago, so this clearly isn’t a full-time job. It’s hard to imagine they run this operation professionally.

Additionally, the authenticity of the reviews is questionable. They have almost no verified reviews. When using CUSREV as a third-party review system, verified reviews are also displayed on the review’s website with a link to access them.

However, on their site, the links leading to the third party review website resolve to nonexistent pages.

Final Rating
Is realdollonline.com legit or a scam?
To me, this appears to be a typical Chinese drop shipping operation.
Hundreds of similar sites are created every month. They will likely sell you an authentic doll, but I have no idea how they will respond if you require customer service.
Will they be honnest or not when they reply to you? You can make your own mind now that you have more information.

I think you have some very personal interpretation of what they wrote on their site:
They never said they were selling dolls since 8 years. They said that their photographer was doing “shooting” for various well known Chineese brands since 8 years… It’s not too difficult to check: Ask a few Chineese brands who made their promo photos…
Nothing is permanent. Even on a hard silicone head, hairs will fall if you pull at them too hard.
When they write “implanted hair is permanently fixed into the head and cannot be changed”, they obviously mean that you can’t remove the hairs and swap them for another style.Contrary to wigs, which is the other option, that can be removed and exchanged.
They never claimed that you can do whatever you want with your doll without consequences.
It’s writen nowhere 5 to 7 days…
They also clearly described the process and wrote how much time a manufacturer usually take to produce a custom doll or one that they don’t have in stock. They also inform you about how long it should be for the doll to be ready when you order.
I don’t know for those countries. But I know that for Switzerland, the 7-15 days of shipping time is correct. I got 3 dolls from them and it never took longer.
There is a forum called dollforum.com where you can find people who ordered from realdollonline.com. (They were among the first to sell Game Lady Dolls so people ordered from them)
Naturally, there is not many because on that forum brands and shops have to pay else visitors aren’t allowed to talk about them in most topics.
Personally, I ordered 2 dolls from them in the past, a Starpery and a Fanreal, and several heads. They always answered all my questions and request and made the liaison with the manufacturers. Everything went smoothly. The only problem I had is that Starpery sent the wrong doll. Realdollonline worked with Starpery to make the exchange. A new doll was shipped to me and Starpery asked me to ship the wrong doll to a shop nearer. Realdollonline refunded me the shipping costs on behalf of Starpery.
And if you want to check, you can see my reviews of the dolls I got here:

You could also check the official resellers list of various brands. You will find that they are listed on Starpery, Zelex and many others…
At one point, you have to ask yourself: If I want to buy something in China, do I choose a reseller that speak chineese, that worked for manufacturers and that can literally walk through their doors. Or do I choose a reseller in another part of the world, that probably can’t communicate well with the manufacturers and that will do dropshipping anyway? Because yes, even brick and mortar shops can only have a few models in stock and as soon as you want the slightest customization, it will be sent directly from the manufactury in China.
I know who you are from the Reddit’s sub and I know that you have financial interrest with Realdollonline, I don’t.
I’ll leave your comments here anyway. People are intelligent enough to scale the arguments and see what ‘s best for them.
