Over the years, I have worked hard to help people as best as I could. I have explicitly called out and named scammers on Reddit, but I never really vetted legitimate vendors.
With this website, I intend to assess as many sex doll vendors as possible and provide honest reviews for each of them. No one has as much information and insight into the industry as I do. Thanks to my privileged position, (Not only do I own a very well-known sex dolls blog, but for the past five years I have also been the moderator of three sex doll subreddits with a combined total of more than 300,000 members.) thousands of people write to me every year about their experiences with sex doll sellers. This is my overall personal rating of the vendor after considering all the factors. My personal rating may differ from the rating calculated by the software.
Product Authenticity:
All vendors should sell authentic sex dolls. Some vendors on this list seem to sell both authentic and knockoff dolls, while others sell only knockoff dolls. Once I see a single knockoff doll on a website, it becomes difficult to trust whether the vendor will sell any authentic dolls at all. I take this into account in my rating.
Online Reputation:
I run a very popular sex doll blog and Reddit forums with over 300,000 members, and I receive a lot of private messages. I am well aware of everything happening in this industry. That being said, I can't get information on every single doll vendor out there. If no information is available, I give an 80% rating by default.
Please note that I am as cautious as possible and do not take into account fake reports made by sex doll vendors using fake profiles to bad-mouth their competitors and believe me, they are a LOT of these. This industry is a jungle.
Customer Service:
I look at their third-party reviews and read online comments about them. If I’m unable to find any information, I give an 80% rating by default.
Information Accuracy:
Due to the nature of most sex doll vendors' business models (drop shipping), some of the information they provide may be incorrect. If I catch something that I know 100% to be incorrect, I point it out. Often, vendors copy and paste false information directly from the factory. Sometimes, smaller vendors embellish the services they can provide to attract more customers. I address this as well.
Price:
Of course, price plays a factor, but it’s not the only one. Choosing a vendor based solely on price is a bad idea, in my opinion. A small vendor offering budget prices and making only a small profit per doll won’t be able to replace your doll if something goes wrong. They simply don’t have the means to do so. It's important to choose a vendor based not only on price but also on reputation and professionalism.

Filter/Search Engine:
With 3,000 dolls on a website, it can be difficult to choose. Does the vendor provide a way to filter the results?
Brick-and-Mortar Shop:
Would you prefer to fly with a pilot who only has experience on a flight simulator or one who has flown real planes? I personally prefer a vendor with a physical shop and real-life experience with their products over a 100% virtual shop.
There are plenty of amateurs selling sex dolls through a drop shipping model, you’d be surprised! People throw together websites that may look super professional and hope to make a few bucks each month. I have a few ways to spot them, and I’ll share those with you as well. Some drop shippers are professionals, I have listed a few, they exist. But they are few and far between.
Doll Selection:
Does the vendor offer a good variety of dolls? Offering enough dolls is important, but offering unknown, poor quality brands should be avoided. I try to find the right balance when rating this category.

I might be biased because this is where I’ve been buying all my dolls since I got scammed by Chinese vendors a few years ago. I’m trying to be as impartial as I can and I provide my arguments, but I can't lie, I really like this vendor.
The information on their website is accurate and reliable. They even provide warnings about options that are not recommended, but they still offer them in case you choose to proceed despite the warning. I appreciate the level of transparency.
They want you to know exactly what product you are buying. Their delivery timeline also provides accurate information.
They won’t mislead you into thinking you’ll receive your doll in 10 days, only to later send a “Sorry! Due to an unforeseen event... your doll will arrive in 30 days” message.
They willingly decided to remove some options from their website. For example, a few years ago, Piperdolls had a significant flaw with their silicone dolls.
While other vendors continued to sell the beautiful but flawed product, knowing that their customers would have issues with it shortly after receiving it, sexdolls-shop.com simply decided to remove the product from their list no matter what the financial repercussion there would be.
The same goes for low quality options, they just won’t sell you anything that’s not up to standard.

They’ve invested in their own inventory, produce videos, and even have a showroom. This person is a real professional and knows what he is talking about.
There are a few minor drawbacks that I unfortunately need to point out; however, these should not stop you from buying from this sex doll vendor.
They only carry two brands: WM and Zelex. While some might see this as limited, it’s not a bad thing if the vendor wants to really know what they’re selling.
No BS advice, no invented theories about brands they’ve never seen in real life. Unlike 99.5% of other vendors who often talk about products they have no firsthand experience with, this vendor sticks to what they know.
Most of the dolls they carry seem to be in stock, meaning they’ve inspected them before shipping to you. The website also states you can have your doll customized and built in China; however, I couldn’t find the customization option on their site.
Additionally, there are no third-party reviews, which is a shame. We can only assume the customer service is good, but there’s no real feedback from customers.
I also found their website a bit tricky to navigate. For customers used to more user-friendly platforms, they might find this site lacking in navigation features.
That said, they offer financing options through Zip, an Australian payment processor that specializes in small purchases.

They have their own inventory and a physical shop that you can visit if you live in Europe.
They have a video section that includes both videos shot by themselves and factory videos.
Their website is clean and visually appealing, but they could definitely benefit from a filter system to help customers find their ideal doll. The website is a bit difficult to navigate, in my opinion.
I would also have liked to see a warning regarding electronic options like the body heating system, moving hips, sucking vagina, and moaning system, which do not work well and are unreliable.
They carry a wide range of brands, some very well-known and others that are nearly unknown.
One drawback is that they sell cheap copies of WMdoll models. However, they are transparent about this and clearly state it on their "Fake Dolls Warning" page. So, while they don't deceive you into thinking you're buying an original model, they are still selling cheap counterfeit dolls. Actually, they would have been second in my best sexdoll vendors ranking if it weren't for this.

This vendor has everything you should look for in a trusted seller. They offer authentic dolls, maintain their own inventory, and even have a shop where they manufacture torsos and other body parts.
They have first-hand experience with the products they sell and truly understand what they're talking about.
Unfortunately, they only carry two brands, WM and SLE, and their website seems outdated. It lacks filters, a search engine, and many options for their WM dolls.
I get the impression that they now prefer to focus on the products they make in their shop.
