Is tenderdolls.com legit or a scam?

Tenderdolls.com is managed by a UK company with a US phone number. It’s difficult to determine exactly who is running the website, as there is no “About Us” page providing further information.

The website was created in 2018, but they remain relatively unknown in the industry.

One aspect I appreciate is that they provide a lot of detailed information about the options available with their dolls.

Most of the information is accurate, though some important details are missing. For example, the H2O insert vagina should specify that it works for about 30 uses, after which you will need to use lubricant, as usual.

Another example: It is not mentioned that heads with this option will lack oral capability.

There are many other examples I could mention, but I won’t list them all here. When selecting special options, I recommend reaching out to them directly to ensure that you’ll receive exactly what you want.

EDIT April 16th, 2026:

Tenderdolls.com reached out to me and said they have made several changes to their website and asked if I could review it again. They have now corrected the information I mentioned above, which is excellent.

Despite being in business for a few years, they only have a handful of reviews. Unfortunately, they used YOTPO for reviews but, they also now use Trustpilot and, unlike some other Chinese websites with gazilions of non-verified Trustpilot reviews, the majority of their reviews have the mention VERIFIED, which means that Trustpilot certified that these reviews are coming from real customers. Their Trustpilot reviews are excellent.

They have released an exclusive model of their own, which is a beautiful doll a unique feature that sets them apart.

Tenderdolls.com operates on a drop-shipping model and does not own any inventory. The “in-stock” dolls they offer are not their own, and the warehouses do not belong to them.

They are owned by Chinese factories that rent them out to store sex dolls and then make that inventory available to vendors, allowing them to offer quick-delivery options to their customers.

They offer Klarna as a payment option, which is convenient for many customers.

Their filter system is decent and helps to narrow down your searches.

Their shipping time information appears to be correct.

Overall, I believe they will sell you an authentic doll. The website is well designed and pleasant to navigate. While they are a regular vendor based on a drop shipping model, they stand out by offering their own model and providing detailed information for each option. Financing through Klarna is certainly an interesting option, especially for buyers on a budget.

Final Rating

As you know, this type of business model is not my cup of tea; however, this one stands out compared to its competitors.

Is tenderdolls.com legit or a scam?

They don’t pretend to be the best, biggest, or most popular sex doll vendor in the world, and although I focused on the inaccurate information, the vats majority of their details are accurate.

If you find your favorite doll here, you’ll be fine. They seem to be honnest people running an honnest business.
