Is sexdollsland legit or a scam?
sexdollsland (https://xdollsland.com) is a Chinese managed website operating behind a U.S. address. Why? I’m not entirely sure, perhaps because they know people are beginning to realize that such setups are not always trustworthy.

Although this is a very small and completely unknown website, I decided to review it because they created fake profiles to promote their own shop on the sex doll subreddit that I moderate. They also spammed the subreddit more aggressively than I’ve seen in a long time. When it comes to business ethics, I recognized the pattern immediately.

At the moment, they only carry Irontech dolls, specifically, Irontech, Real Lady, and Sigafun dolls. As expected, they have zero real reviews. But I’m nearly 100% certain that fake reviews will start appearing on their site very soon.
Naturally, they have no in-stock dolls whatsoever. They use the same tactic that 99.5% of sex doll vendors use, pretending to have inventory in stock when they don’t.

Their “About Us” page is just another generic placeholder with no meaningful information. Like many similar sites, they claim to be your “trusted” vendor. But how can you trust a website that’s only been online for two months?

They’ve also created a blog, likely to generate Google traffic. The entire blog is clearly AI generated, they can’t even write their own articles:

In summary: This is exactly the type of website you should avoid, drop-shipping operation, no experience, no authentic reviews, 100% virtual, a generic design, and, above all, Chinese-managed.
Just to be clear, I have nothing against Chinese people personally. However, their approach to business tends to differ significantly from ours. Misleading and deceptive tactics are often part of the marketing strategy, and customer care is usually an afterthought.
They’ll say whatever it takes to get you to place an order.
And if you need customer service after the sale? Good luck with that. After six years in this industry, I’ve seen far too many complaints to stay silent. I feel obligated to warn potential customers about operations like this.

We have reviewed all forums, Reddit, and sex doll blogs, compared comments, and conducted thorough research.
We are confident in providing you with the most accurate information available about this seller.

Customers Feedback
Since no one seems to be talking about this vendor, I will give them the default 8-point rating for customer service and reputation.

Final Rating
In summary, This looks to me like just another virtual business, a drop shipper like 99% of all sexdolls vendors. Nothing special to offer.

Firstly, I appreciate that you took the time to review and comment on our business. However, I was very surprised to see you made against us, as you do not reflect what we do or how we serve our customers. And you have no idea what we have done for our customers.
At Sex Dolls Land, we are fully committed to offering services that other vendors often overlook. One example is our Real-Time Production Notification system, which keeps customers updated at every key stage of their doll’s creation. We know from experience that dolls are not just products — for many customers, they are companions and even a form of therapy. That is why we emphasize transparency and care. And we also have worked with few doll owners, to provide a better user image content for every customers.
You claimed that our content or services are “fake.” This is simply untrue. While i admit that we sometimes use AI to optimize written content (like SEO blog posts), this has nothing to do with the authenticity of our products or services. Our Trustpilot reviews are all verified, and we never post fake customer reviews, not in the future too, otherwise we should have done some already, as this is quite cheap to do! In some cases, we collaborate with doll owners (for example, providing them free dolls to review for Irontech and ourselves) — but their experiences and feedback are genuine, because what they have from us is same as our customer, we treat them all in the same way!
We are a startup in this industry and are building our reputation step by step. I take this business seriously not only because of the products, but because of the meaning they hold for our customers. Suggesting that we are “fake” misrepresents our intentions and undermines the effort we put into honest service.
I kindly ask that you reconsider or remove these inaccurate comments. We welcome any fair discussion, and I am also happy to provide evidence of how we serve our customers if required.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Thanks for your comment.
I fail to see where you proven me wrong in anything that I stated in my review.
Your website is 2 months old. No one call a new business a “trusted website”
When I wrote my text, you had 0 customer reviews.
You spammed agressively the Reddit that I moderate.
You are 100% a virtual business
You are Chinese managed but use a US address.
There are tons of businesses just like you in the sex dolls industry.
These are all facts. It is not necessarily against you. It is factual, whether it is positive or negative.
I am giving you the opportunity to reply, I am not removing this review or changing it.
People can read my review and your replies and they will decide for themselves.
I know. Yes, you are right, we are a new site. But let’s be accurate: we launched as Sexdollsland.com in February and switched to Xdollsland.com in June. That’s why the domain appears to be “2 months old.” Domain age alone cannot be used to define trust.
About Reddit — I admit we posted there earlier and maybe too much. But we already stopped in July. Some people may post with our logo too, but that wasn’t us. Holding this forever against us is not a “review,” it’s just digging for dirt.
About the “in-stock” claim: saying our in-stock products are “pretend” is simply wrong. In this industry, almost no vendors personally store inventory. In-stock items come directly from the official brands’ overseas warehouses, and that is exactly what we use. Customers who order in-stock dolls receive them within a few days, not weeks. Just because we don’t pile up boxes in our own office or warehouse does not mean the products are fake or don’t exist.
As for reviews: all Trustpilot reviews are verified and from real customers. Saying they are fake without evidence is misleading. I’ve even sent you an email about direct customer feedback — people are happy with their dolls and service.
We are not fake. Customers receive their orders, we provide real after-sales support, we cover shipping for repair kits when needed, and so far, there are zero complaints. What we are doing is transparent and experience, and that’s why we have real-time notification. We will not be silent. That’s what counts.
And yes, we focus only on a few brands (Irontech, Real Lady, Sigafun). That’s by choice — because we prefer to deliver quality and service instead of selling “everything” like some vendors who only chase numbers.
So, if you want to mention we are new and that we posted on Reddit, fine, that’s true. But calling us a scam or unreliable is not fair, even though you haven’t said these kinds of words, but readers are not stupid. We are building a real business step by step, while your text looks less like a review and more like an attempt to push people away from us. The motive behind that is obvious enough.
