For example, they sell implanted hair on TPE dolls. The problem is that TPE is not ideal for implanted hair, it’s much too soft. As a result, you might pay for a doll with implanted hair, but within a month or two, the doll will be bald.
The only way implanted hair can stay on TPE is by making the TPE much harder, which would make oral sex nearly impossible. I think this should be clearly communicated to customers.

That misinformation isn’t really Rosemarydoll’s fault; it falls on the factory. The factory provided incorrect information, and as a virtual seller, Rosemarydoll likely wouldn’t have known the issue. As a result, they might unknowingly pass along misleading details, such as the suitability of implanted hair on TPE dolls.
Their customer service is so typical of Chinese business ethics: A customer bought a doll from them, and it arrived with a broken spine. When the customer reached out, their response was: “You can cut the doll open in the back and weld it yourself.”
Seriously? The correct answer should have been: “I’m sorry, sir, we’ll ship you a replacement.”
