Kumadoll.com is another sex doll seller that operates solely through a virtual shop. They are a typical drop shipper, like 99.5% of all sex doll sellers online. I have the feeing that they have no worked much on their customisation optins, mainly just making big screenshots from the factory's information and asking the customer to somehow sort it out. There’s not much else to say about them. Read the review below for more details.
Is kumadoll.com legit or a scam?
Kumadoll.com is a Japanese website specializing in young-looking sex dolls, which I personally find completely reprehensible. Sellers like this definitely contribute to the stigma surrounding the sex doll community.
Once again, despite their claims, they do not have any in-stock sex dolls, nor do they own any warehouses anywhere in the world.

As I explained in my blog, they’re just using warehouses rented by Chinese manufacturers in different parts of the world to stock their dolls.
What difference does this make for you? Check the screenshot below.

Like many drop shippers who are unfamiliar with the products they sell, they offer electronic options without providing any warnings.

Now sadly, these options do not work well. The moaning option was reviewed by sexdolls-shop and showed how bad it actually is.
They have no phone number that you can call and their customer reviews page have without any doubt been filtered to show only 5 stars reviews, which is not really a transparant way to approach business.
Potential customers wish to know what went wrong and they can decide thelselves if it is because of a difficult customer or if there was really something that went wrong.
They want to know how the business solved the issue. They want to know how often it happens. Showing only your 5 stars reviews do not show that you are great, it shows that you have something to hide.

Customers Feedback
Not many people are talking about this vendor, which likely means they are a relatively small seller in terms of volume.
For this reason, I’ll give them an average rating of 8 out of 10.
As for their customer service, I have no way to verify if it is good or not, so I’ll give them an average rating of 8 out of 10 as well.
Final Rating
This seller is just like 99% of all sex doll sellers, they are drop shippers with nothing special to offer compared to their competitors except maybe illegal sex dolls in most part of the western world.
If you find your dream doll there, they will sell you an authentic product, but don’t expect more than what a typical drop shipper can offer.
