Is joylovedoll.com legit or a scam?

This website has been online for quite a while. Until recently, they were selling counterfeit dolls. It was easy to spot: they offered many different height variations for popular models, such as the 166cm C cup from WMDoll. I think it is a Chinese vendor but I am not 100% sure. I didn’t find any “about us” page on their website.

In 99.5% of cases, authentic dolls come in only one size. They were also using various gimmicks to pressure you into buying, including outright lies.

They have completely revamped their website, and it looks much better now. They’ve gotten rid of most of those gimmicks and misleading claims.

I say “most” because some incorrect information remains, which is typical for many drop shipping businesses.

Let’s dive into a few of them.

A common tactic among virtual shops is misleading delivery timeframes. Many will have you believe that you’ll receive your doll within two weeks, but that is simply not true.

For example, this screenshot was taken from a listing for a silicone doll made by the Irontech brand. There is no way they can deliver that within two weeks. Typically, it takes about 40 days from the date of purchase for delivery.

There are thousands of online shops offering the exact same products, so why should you buy from them in particular?

Oh! They promise a super quick delivery compared to others! Let’s buy here then. But soon after, you discover some “unfortunate delays” and learn that your doll will actually be ready in 40 days, just like with any other sex doll seller.

Like many drop shippers who don’t know the products they’re selling, you can find a lot of incorrect information on the products the sell.

For example, this one: S-TPE does not have the same level of realism as silicone at all. It doesn’t offer any more realism than the default TPE.

Only a seller who has never seen an S-TPE doll in their life could make such a claim.

The same goes for options that don’t work well, like body heating, auto-sucking vagina, and the moaning feature. Not only are there no warnings, but there’s even encouragement to buy them.

Their new design is pretty slick, and they offer Klarna for those who prefer or need a payment plan to purchase a doll.

Nowadays, it seems likely that they will sell you an authentic doll. They have ok reviews on Trustpilot, with an average rating of 3.8 out of 5, and rather good reviews on Yotpo, which is not surprising because YOTPO’s rating seems to be easily manipulable.

They also offer an exclusive Kendra Lust (like the porn star) sex doll, which is a nice touch. Well done!
