Fairdolls.com is a sex doll vendor that has been around since 2018, though it’s unclear where they are based. Their ‘About Us’ page does not provide any information about their origins. Usually, this means that they are managed by a Chinese team.
One thing struck me immediately: their website is not up to date. As I write this at the end of October 2024, they still feature the September 2024 promotions, which have long since ended.

Their About Us page shows a video that no longer exists, and none of the videos on their main page work.
This gives the impression that the site is not run by professionals. It seems more like a side job rather than a dedicated business for them.
That said, the site design is clean and visually appealing. They appear to sell only Jinsan dolls, which include brands like WM, SE, and YL. Jinsan is a reputable manufacturer known for high-quality dolls.
However, their options section provides very little information, and the images are small, making navigation difficult.
Their business model relies on dropshipping, which limits their ability to stand out from competitors, leading them to embellish certain aspects.
Like many similar vendors, they inaccurately claim a short delivery timeframe. You will not receive a customized WM (or any related brand) within 2 to 3 weeks, regardless of what they state. Also, no sexdolls can be shipped to Brazil.

They list a phone number, which I haven’t tried, but I’d be curious to see if it works and who answers. Unfortunately, they have no third-party reviews, which is disappointing for a vendor that’s been online for so long.
In summary, this vendor operates as a dropshipper, like 99.9% of all sex doll vendors. If you find your preferred doll here, they will likely provide an authentic product, but I have no way of assessing the quality of their customer service.

This website is relatively unknown, so I will give them a default score of 8 for both customer service and online reputation.
Final Rating
I’m not a fan of this type of site. They don’t offer anything special compared to their competitors.
Is fairdolls.com legit or a scam?
I may be wrong but this website seems to be half abandonned and ran by people that do not really care.
