Dollsclub.com and Dollsclub.de are the same website, managed by the same German owner. They’ve been around for quite some time now, but are they legit? That’s what you’ll discover in this review.

I like their design and some of the good ideas they’ve implemented, like their 3D showroom. However, what I don’t appreciate is the distortion of truth (let’s call it that) that I notice on their website.

Let’s start with this: they don’t actually have any in-stock dolls. They rely on the same warehouses rented by the Chinese, just like 99% of other vendors.

The next screenshot from their website contains information that are entirely deceptive.

Keep in mind that this website is managed by Germans. They offer “in-stock dolls” stored in California. How, then, can they perform the final inspection themselves? They can’t.

The final inspection for dolls stored in U.S. warehouses rented by Chinese companies is performed in China before shipment. No further inspection occurs before the doll is sent to you.

Here are the claims made on their site, and why they aren’t true:

• As Germans, they cannot personally perform a final inspection on dolls stored in the U.S.
• Of course, they are dropshipping, as they don’t have a store in the U.S.
• There is no “double quality control” because there’s no final inspection.
• There is no custom clearance process handled by Dollsclub for U.S. customers since there are no customs fees for them to pay.

Their review page uses an in-house review system that doesn’t provide any summary or breakdown of ratings (e.g., how many 1-, 2-, or 3-star reviews). Instead, they only display 4- and, more importantly, 5-star reviews, which could have been written by anyone—including themselves.

They also sell counterfeit dolls. For example, the doll shown in the picture below is not a True Doll brand worth $400.

Instead, it’s a WM Doll 108cm model worth about $1,300. They use stolen images to sell cheap knockoff dolls. This particular knockoff is even a dangerous model—read this article for more details.

Their About Us page provides no meaningful information about them. It’s filled with generic sex-doll-related text and offers little of value.

Their custom options page is easy to navigate, and the design is clean and slick. They also avoid offering electronic options that don’t work well, which is a plus.

However, they lack some of the most innovative features, like the ROS heads for WM dolls and the new S-TPE skin, which is likely to become the new standard. Traditional TPE will soon be a thing of the past.

They give the impression that their Fanreal dolls can be delivered in as little as 14 days. That, of course, is not true. A Fanreal doll will take between 30 and 40 days to be delivered, regardless of where you buy it or how much a vendor insists they have a special agreement with the manufacturer because of their “importance.”

Honestly, I’m a bit surprised by this review. I didn’t expect it to be so negative. As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I analyze as I write without any preconceived notions no matter what I have read about the vendor. Unfortunately, I’m struggling to find positive points for this one.
