Dollauthority appears to be an American company based in New York. As of this writing, the website has been online for about 1.5 years.

Their About Us page doesn’t reveal much, and the address provided leads to a UPS store, which likely prefers no association with a sex doll shop.

Their FAQ section is extensive; however, as a dropshipping business with no firsthand experience with sex dolls, some information appears inaccurate. For example, their description of TPE skin types includes this statement:

“This is a premium TPE treated with platinum.”

This phrasing doesn’t make any sense,their other claim also misses the mark:

“This is as close as TPE can get to that Silicone look and feel.”

‘Platinum TPE’ originally indicated a type of TPE with less oiliness, it had nothing to do with any silicone skin comparison. The term has largely become a marketing tool without much substance.

Since they use third-party videos, some have been removed without their knowledge.

I also noticed several inaccuracies in other sections, like the description of how realistic oral sex is. These are clearly information coming from someone that never used the mouth of a sexdoll.

However, they offer options like weight reduction for specific models, which, in reality, aren’t available from WMdoll for this particular model. Although they provide detailed information on options, much of it, unfortunately, is incorrect.

Unfortunately, I have to correct the claim I made earlier about them not lying regarding their “In stock” dolls. Dollauthority.com wish to give the impression of partnering with major shipping companies and having a network of warehouses in the US and Europe.

Like many dropshippers, they also overstate delivery speeds. For most reputable brands, expect around 30 days for delivery due to backlogs. Silicone dolls are delivered in approximately 35 to 40 days.

Finally, their reviews are a bit unusual; over 500 for a relatively new and quite unknown shop seems questionable.

Their reviews also raise red flags. There are far too many one sentence reviews, which prompted me to investigate further. It turns out it’s quite easy to purchase seemingly genuine reviews, as discussed in this article: Fake Reviews with Loox or Judge.me.

After reading this, I’m now convinced that this website has populated its review page with fake feedback. Here’s a screenshot, notice how generic these reviews are.

They rarely mention the specific product, and you almost never see the word “doll.” These reviews could apply to any item, which suggests they’re not authentic. Adding a few negative reviews is a clever tactic to make the page look credible, but in my opinion, most of these reviews are fake.

Of course, I can’t prove this outright; these are just my observations. You’re free to form your own opinion, but I believe the evidence speaks for itself.

I didn’t plan on writing this type of review for this website; my process is always to browse, evaluate and write as I read what I see on the websites that I assess.

However, this site seems hastily assembled with incorrect information and suspicious reviews. I have nothing against small businesses trying to carve out their place, but it should be done honestly. Given all of these issues, it’s hard to trust any of the content on this site, and my rating reflects that.

There are 10 of them created every month. They are low-effort, low-cost businesses that try to trick potential customers into thinking they are huge companies.

I really dislike this way of doing business, and as a customer, when spending a few thousand dollars, I want to be sure that the business I deal with is run by professionals who know what they are doing.

Which I don’t feel it is the case here.
