Cocadoll is a typical Chinese website with typical Chinese business practices: they copy from others instead of coming up with their own ideas. Needless to say, Cocadoll is a direct knock-off of the famous Coca-Cola brand.
They list an American address that checks out as a private home in Minneapolis. I don’t believe for a second that it’s their headquarters, any more than I believe they have their own factory.

Their records show they have been in business since 2023, not 2017 as stated on their website.
There is no phone number to contact them, and they have no third-party reviews. As is often the case with websites like this, they don’t have any in-stock dolls. This seller operates 100% virtually.
It does indeed affect you as a buyer. Check the screenshot below.
Their options are outdated, and they don’t provide the necessary information to help new customers make informed decisions.
To make matters worse, they sell inappropriate, illegal dolls.
They do have a good filter engine, but their option pictures are so small that it’s really unpleasant to browse.
I assume they will sell you an authentic doll. I have no information to suggest they would sell you a counterfeit one.
As you can guess, this type of online business is not my cup of tea, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

Customers Feedback
We don’t hear much about them. It pains me, but I have to give them a default rating of 8 for both online reputation and customer service.
Final Rating
This is a typical example of a low-quality Chinese online seller. The poor English, dishonesty, and lack of business ethics are all present.

I bought a doll from them and it is legit no counterfeit at all I ordered a customized doll and they will send me a email of the pictures and video of the doll I want customized before they delivered to me to make sure it is correct doll so that was a good thing and it the factory pic of the doll is exactly how it look in the advertising plus they said to record the delivery when opening just to be sure no damage and it is the correct doll. Plus the doll came with a certificate from the doll brand to prove authenticity 👍🏻
